Alpaca Pics

It's that time of year again, when the sales from my Cafepress store start to ramp up.
People are starting to get their alpaca calendars for next year, as well as buying Christmas ornaments and gifts.
So, it's also the time when I start spending time out in the paddocks taking more pics of the pacas.
You need to pick your day when you're photographing these guys. The lighting needs to be right, especially for the darker alpacas.
Some days you just can't seem to take a decent photo for some reason. Not sure why this is, just have off days I guess. Could be me, or the pacas, or both. Some days the pacas just don't want to be photographed and of course, some alpacas are simply more photogenic than others.
This is Hannah. She's a lovely. She's a very pleasant, friendly alpaca and very nice to be around (unlike some who I simply describe as 'horrible spitty things'). Hannah's mum is a personable girl too. Temperament and character definitely runs in families with these guys. No doubt about that.
